Shipping policy

Free Shipping
Hidden Valley Crafts offers free shipping in the contiguous (mainland) US on all shipments over $50. Free shipping will be applied automatically to all qualifying orders. No coupons or promotion codes required! Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories do not qualify for Free Shipping.

US orders under $50
Orders that do not qualify for free shipping will have their shipping options and fees calculated during checkout. You can upgrade shipping in many cases for a nominal cost.

Orders shipping to AK, HI, and US territories
Shipping prices to these destinations are calculated based on weight and zip code. The price and arrival date will be shown at checkout. Shipments to these areas may take additional time to arrive.

International Orders
Please contact us if you are outside of the US and interested in making a purchase.  We will calculate the best shipping rate based on your postal code and/or country. You will be responsible for any duties and taxes if imposed by your country's customs.

Processing and Delivery Time
Most orders process within 2-5 business days depending on availability of ingredients (we like to make sure it's fresh!).  Once ready for shipment, your order status will be updated and you will receive a tracking number. Delivery times will vary based on location and shipping speed selected at checkout.

Rush Processing
Depending on availability, we may be able to accommodate rush processing and/or expedited shipping (or quick pickup for our local customers).  Please contact us so we can see how we may best assist you.
